It has been a long time since I've been planning to build myself an online portfolio. At last, this weekend, I got sick with a flu (could be Swine Flu? Hehe) and couldn't go anywhere. And I ran out of excuses not to do this!  Check it out here: http://www.artandlit.com

On this vacation I was using a Canon 350D. I would say Canon 1000D is very good for starters. It has everything you need in an SLR. Or if you want to bring it a step further, get the 500D and you get a videocam and SLR in one! September 11, 2009, 8:08 pm
